Bird Cleaning
 

A bird cleaning area is provided with individual bird packaging, identification and freezer space.

Please bring your own transfer coolers.
   
An option is a bird cleaning service for
cleaning, vacuum packaging and freezing in Hettinger. They do a nice job. 		 

Their name is R & S Bird Cleaning and phone numbers are
701-690-9882 and 701-567-5468.

They will pick up the birds at the end of the day at the lodge, process them that evening and keep them in the freezer until you are ready to depart. There is not an extra charge for either option.
